I think there may be an updated version of this somewhere. This one incorrectly lists the rear brake caliper bracket torque as 81ft lbs. It should be 48.

While that has the right torque value, I'm not sure that is the latest version. A few of the latest updates had pages on cams/valves (around page 40), etc per screenshot, and total page count was around 98.

Yeah really strange. Do you have the file that you took the screenshot from? I'm happy to host it somewhere for people to download.
