The endlink ending in F3, that they have marked for the E46, was recommended for aftermarket coilovers designed to run stock length endlinks - Ohlins, TCK, etc.Originally posted by Cubieman View Post

Now, 10mm shorter is not much, so one size down might work fine since the aftermarket coilover is lowering the car from factory ride height.Last edited by Slideways; 10-17-2025, 04:22 AM.

could you measure the stock endlinks, then subtract an estimate of how much you want to lower the car to get an idea of what length to run? The e46 xi models had like a .5'' or 1'' higher ride height stock, so it makes sense to me that there would be different endlink lengths. But there should also be a 2+ inches worth of adjustment in them, so it doesn't need to be exact.Originally posted by Cubieman View Post

Those Turner endlinks are made by Power Grid. You can purchase them directly through their ebay store. Current price is $180, free shipping.
The guy is pretty responsive to any questions you might have, but looks like he will be away this weekend. He will also do custom lengths if you request it.
Here is the one for stock length:

Thank you, I will likely do just that, TCK says stock endlinks are fine, unfortunately the P.O of my M3 didn't leave them with me so these seem the way to go all around.Originally posted by elbert View PostThose Turner endlinks are made by Power Grid. Would definitely like to get confirmation on this!Originally posted by Halftim3 View PostIs anyone running e36 m3 oem strut mounts on tc kline SA coilovers? I've read it works, but can anyone confirm? I think it was mentioned if you don't need camber plates for a mostly street driven car, e36 mounts are compatible.2003.5 Mystic/Blk - El Diablo, Coilovers, CMP Reinforcement, 2x OE Res. Why is the locating pin on the Koni's offset like this, I have yet to install but it would seem that the endlink's will be at an angle no?
Compared to the BC's it appears offset ~10-15°.
Also, should I use the lock washer included with the TCK's? I have never seen one used before as the spring tension should be sufficient I would think.

curious if anyone has opinions on the Nitron R1?
as black friday approaches, I'm on the lookout for a new suspension setup. I first learned of Nitron years ago on the Schirmer cars, and see they're making inroads in the US now. How they compare to Bilstein clubsport, MCS 1WNR, and even the Ohlins R&T would be interesting.

I checked out their booth at Bimmerinvasion... seems like quality stuff. I haven't done a deep dive into their offerings, but it seems like they're on the high end of pricing. Are they better than the big names? IDK, I don't think most guys on this forum run expensive coilovers anyway so I doubt anyone here has an opinion.
When you start talking about kits that are 6-10 grand, I'm pretty sure it's all about the car setup at that point. The coilovers do what they are supposed to.

Their R3 remote setup is $6k at eas, but the R1 setup with camber plates is $4k. That seems in-line with pricing of the Ohlins R&T, Bilstein Clubsport, and MCS 1WNR.
Part of me thinks that as we move towards stiffer setup in other areas like more grip from modern tires, and solid bushings for things like the RTAB/FCAB, that a more capable damper becomes more important since there's less damping inherent in other ares.Last edited by tnord; 11-07-2025, 08:22 AM.
