I'm liking the 3.91 more and more, especially around the city, and the Bi-LEDs are a game changer as it lights up everything. I know verts get hate but evenings like this with the csl box at full bore, it's pretty unbeatable.

Got the stupidest bolt on the car (front diff mount) like 98% of the way in, how the fuck do you do this without leverage/room under the car? Sanity check: is it normal for the bolt to get tighter as it goes in? It's for sure not cross threaded or stripped. I did put some blue loctite on it.

I support the diff with a jack. If you don't do that, then the weight of the diff is pushing it against the bearing causing friction and the thread begins to cut into the inside bushing sleeve.
Last time I did mine in spring, it went in smoothly. But I also use a bolt with a shaft, not the OE that has is threaded all the way.

You need to support the diff a bit to unload the bolt. It goes in all the way by hand. How tight is tight? A small ratchet can take it home? If not, don’t force it and jack up the diff bit by bit.

still trying to get the SAP readiness monitor to set so I've been driving it to work. I've missed how much fun it is to drive.

Mine wouldn't reset until I used Cataclean. Then it magically reset after a tank of fuel.
