Replaced the passenger side front wheel bearing. Needed to get a 46mm socket but otherwise the job was very painless with the old inner race coming off easily. Only tricky part was needing to heat up the inner race of the new bearing to about 50*C before it would slip onto the spindle.

Finally installed my tires on my BBS RS2. Only need to get the centers powdercoated now!

BTW can consider selling them but within Canada only. Shipping wheels with tires on them to USA is a nightmare with Customs...

Wow absolutely fantastic color combo, wheels are the cherry on top. Did you paint it Estoril Blue? or was it an individual spec?

The car looks amazing and the wheels are so cool. Just needs a tad bit more lowering.

I know it's would look better another 15mm lower but my underside would rub against the sidewalk everytime I want to enter my driveway that has a slope to my garage

Was able to make some progress. After priming one needs to sand the whole thing to a smooth surface and it is a very tedious process. Now is ready for sealer

since I don’t have a booth I will have to seal it , clean the garage, and then paint. Issue with sealer is that is basically thinner primer and when it dries is extremely dusty and if I spray paint after sealer it will dirt the job, so will need to split it.

the passenger side look off as it does not have the fender bracket, but holding the bumper confirms everything lines up

The damage was inboard side to the headlamp washer opening.

The driver side has the bracket in place and so it holds the bumper. I just hang it, did not fully snapped it in as I am just making sure all is ready for install and reduce fiddling with the bumper once is painted.

Noticed a weird and intermittent cold start rattle and got freaked out by Andratch's thread and a similar one on Cutters - given uncertainty with prior rod bearing history, i dropped it off this morning at North Raleigh Performance to get it done. Thanks Andratch (i think lol)

Installing TCK coilovers with Vorshlag plates/R.E RSM's, Adj. endlinks. Having one hell of time getting even ride height even with ballast.
To achieve an even ride height I have the D.S set 22mm lower than the P.S, ouch. I hope after driving more just maybe things will settle and I can re-adjust so there isn't such a difference.

I have a difference of about 10mm at the front to be equal, rears are also slightly different. I went the spring pad way and have a 10 and a 5mm ones for an even height.

i have always aim for even height

it would be interesting to see how balanced it would be if I weighted

Something's gotta be wrong. That's a huge difference.
Are the springs the same length? Strut bodies the same? Camber plates the same?

Unfortunately I didnt measure any of that before installing, just assumed everything was the same, will likely be taking the front apart to check just that.

Brand new everything, coilovers, plates etc.

While installed the only anomaly I can see is the tapered area that seats the strut is much more abbreviated on the driver's side. That most definitely won't account for 20mm however, just an observation.

TCK thinks my chassis must not be square but I have not ever noted any chassis damage after seeing about every square inch of the car.

Definitely sticking out quite a bit further on the passenger side. So that is effectively shortening the strut body on that side (for ride height anyway). Hard to tell from the picture, but it could be 20mm deeper into the knuckle.

                            I'd start there for sure.

Unfortunately those dimensions are more or less even, I'll need to troubleshoot further.

                                Lame.

Wonder if they gave you two different springs?
