Hello bruthaz! Thank you for asking after me. I thought of you guys today when I switched my Yokahamas to my Alpins.
(I ordered the Yokahamas when my PS4s were down to racing slicks, and PS4s were back ordered.... you guys probably know this, but the Yokahamas are NOT worth it. They seem to grab very well, but they're rough and loud in my experience.)
I really appreciate your well-wishes and prayers. They're working! I think Some quick updates:
>> I am still 100% outside of mainstream medical care. I used to have so much faith in that system! Granted, I'd always had perfect health and never needed it.. but I trusted it would be there when I needed it. Maybe it's just Oncology, but the more research I do, the further from any idea of conventional treatment I run. Other than a few very isolated types of cancer, I am now convinced that chemotherapy/radiation kill far more people than cancer does. I realize that's inflammatory and I apologize; I have no desire to get political here. But I bring this up because I can't describe the sustained mental gut-punch it was as these opinions formed in the course of my research.
>> I estimate that I'm at around 900 hours of research deep. This stuff is fascinating!
>> All my research is pointing toward this one cause / solution to cancer: oxygenation. Particularly, proper oxygenation at the cellular level. It could very well be that everything that has worked for anyone (raw food, juicing, certain supplements, inner peace, deep breathing, acupuncture / massage / stretching, exercise, sodium bicarbonate, lemon, alkalized water, curcumin etc etc etc) has worked because they assist in cellular respiration.
Inflammation is of course intrinsically tied to effective respiration, as is plain old cellular and mitochondrial health. So is supporting the alkalizing systems in the body.
>> It has been 9 months since my diagnosis, and I hven't wavered in my regimen / treatment yet: but of course it's evolved a LOT. It has necessarily been a 'hit the ground running' sort of approach.
I can share my regmin / strategies/tactics if anyone wishes, OR we can just wait to see how it all turns out, haha. No sense in learning stuff that doesn't work
>> THAT SAID, so far... so friggen good.
1) I am now 40+ days of walking unassisted, without even a cane. It was insane to go from being a fighting-fit 35 year old to a 'collapsed femur cancer 80 year old man' stooped over a walker IF I could even get out of bed. What a crazy-ass ordeal. Maybe I'll go back through all those stages... obviously we're all going to die eventually. But man, walking is... amazing. Every step I take praises God.
2) The interaction points I do have with the medical system are A) a non-diagnostic private clinic I use to check my blood levels every 3 months and B) my femur rod surgeon, where I get a single X-Ray to check the alignment of the hardware.
Two weeks ago I had my latest X-Ray (previous one was early July). The surgeon was astounded at the healing progress in my bone. He said that in July, my bone was at least 3 months behind where it 'should' have been. Now, he thinks it's more like 4 months ahead. In fact, he said that the tumor damage inside the bone appears to be healing, but qualified that with what I already know: that X-Rays aren't a reliable measure of bone density or cancerous bone lesions.
Still: the bone is clearly healing, and this is a dramatically good thing for me.
3) While my blood plasma levels are still elevated, my other measures are much less dangerous than those conditions that caused the terrible bone erosion / degradation. Most important of all, I appear to be much further than when I started from what will/would be my most likely cause of death: kidney failure due to bone calcium plugging them up. In fact, my blood numbers show kidneys that are now perfectly healthy. Praise God in Heaven.
So, time will tell. I'll keep the hammer down and we will see if it works! I'm dug in for at least a 2 year endurance match here in which flawless discipline will be required. No sweat! I've got a lot of motivation
It's been a wonderful summer with my wife and 4 kids. Now that I'm up on my feet, I'm doing tons of projects with them and around the house... stuff that feels so great to do. Stuff that I always hoped I'd have time for.
Emotionally the process is a train-wreck cluster-f***, hahaha. Mostly, it's been amazing. The best experience and gift of my life. But within that are strands of the most intense and sometimes truly dark feelings.
Above all: the man with his eyes open must not allow his state of gratitude, presense and joy to be derived from the hopes that things will once again be good. We must be able to be happy and joyful and encouraged and present even when the ship is sinking.
Gott mit Uns! I love you guys.

Doogan,
You may or may not have read about the below but here are my suggestions for bone growth/repair-
-multi-mineral including boron, phosphorous and silica
-vit k in the form of mk4 and mk7 to aid in correctly depositing minerals in their appropriate places
-of course vit d3 (better with the mk4 above)
As you know an alkaline environment is optimal for maximum absorption of minerals as well which you already posted about. Calcium in the form of mcha and magnesium (glycinated form) being ideal and more efficient as well as necessary obvious components. I would also look into iodine which is anti everything (fungal, viral, bacterial) and the lack of is suspected in lots of ill patients (as is zinc bisglycinate or picolinate) which is doubly important.2003.5 MT JB/B - CSL SCHRICK SUPERSPRINT EISENMANN JRZ SWIFT MILLWAY APR ENDLESS BBS/SSR DREXLER KMP SACHS RECARO AR SLON MKRS GSP DMG KARBONIUS CP AUTOSOLUTIONS KOYO

JET:
A-friggen-men, my friend. You've done your homework! I'm tracking on everything you've said. I do 30k IUs of vitamin D3 each day, along with 450mg of K2 MK7 and 120mg of MK4. After studying iodine, I'm working my way up to 50mg / day of Ioderol (there are some limitations to the classical lugol's forumla). I'm about halfway there right now; taking it slow and increasing the dose every couple weeks. And yes, lots of minerals: 15mg of fulvic acid daily, 1 tsp of concentrated ocean water, a dropper full of boron, and 2 tsp / day of a blend of himilayan, celtic, and Redmond's "real" salt.
The alkaline stuff was very fascinating. Outrageously, even after 5 months of a raw-vegan diet (except for the 3 grams of beef liver capsules, 1 tsp of cod liver oil, and 2 tsp of 'vitamin butter oil' I take daily), my pH was still incredibly acidic. I would regularly wake up with a pH between 5.5 and 6.5. By bed time, it was sometimes below that.
I attempted to correct this with a hard-core course of baking soda (4 tsp daily the first week, 3 the next, then 2, then 1, then 2 weeks to give the body a break). While on the regimen at 4tsp and 3 daily, my pH corrected to around 7... but afterward it dropped right back down.
Here's what I want to share with you guys:
After sodium bicarbonate / baking soda failed to correct my pH, I began a new protocol. I had bought both of these things but had not set them up yet, going into my last blood draw / labs there in late October. Reason being: I'm trying to be somewhat scientific about this. I have not wanted to try 'everything' at once, and not know what worked. I'm an educator / trainer by trade, and if I am cured, I plan on devoting my life to spreading the truth of this stuff. And, I haven't wanted to add to the burden of those I may be fortunate enough to teach, with a "well, I did fifty grand worth of stuff and I have no idea what did and what didn't work - good luck!" I want to keep it as simple as possible.
(That's not to come off as a wannabe martyr. Believe me, if there was a synthetic pill with zero side effects that was guaranteed to cure me, I'd take it yesterday).
ANYWAY, get a load of this and remember this in case you ever end up in these shoes:
I still have no idea whether this will work or not, but these two things are, I think, the pinnacle of action along the research lines on Oxygenation at the cellular level.
> There's body tissue pH - where each integer step up the scale in measurable pH represents something like a 100x increase in oxygenation ability. So, moving from 5.5 to 6.5 is huge; moving from 6.5 to 7.5 is really huge. I may not be expressing that correctly; I know the oxygen/electric/acidic relationship is parabolic on this scale.
> There's cellular health, where a good diet makes your body function how it's supposed to. Your gut wall membrane is strong; your cell barriers and health and yadda yadda yadda.
> And there's getting oxygen INTO the body, once it's primed to receive and deliver it well.
After my last labs, I kicked off doing two new things that seemed to almost instantly correct my pH. I have not measured pH even once where it wasn't between 7.25 and 7.45. This is, by all accounts, perfect.
Here are the two things:
#1) A reverse osmosis + alkalizing water unit. This little bastard wasn't cheap, but it is what it is. Around $3500; our well water was already pretty clean, but it was pretty acidic at around 6.5. This unit has many settings, but I'm now drinking water with a pH of 11. More importantly is its alkalizing / ionized state: I can't remember the units (I'm taking notes), but the capacity of the water to actually collect and harbor electrons is measured in two ways... I'm botching this... but it's similar to Volts vs Amps, I've gathered. Anyway, the ionizing aspect of the system creates not only pH basic water, but water that is deeply powerful as an electron scavenger.
#2) This is the big one, I believe - it's called "Exercising with Oxygen Therapy", and if you google 'EWOT', you'll see and read all about it. Based on what I've learned, I think this may be the most powerful and potent cancer-fighting / good-health-building aspect of everything I'm doing.
I found one business that sells everything you need (except the exercise machine; I use both a spin bike and rower) for around $1,300. That's a bargain for doing something that may be 3 to 5x more effective than even hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
Now, we shall see. I'll keep you guys posted; next blood labs, I'll probably do in late January.
God bless you guys and OooooOOorraaah

I cannot BELIEVE how incredible the SS headers and section 1 are. I wasted 100% of my money going with Active Autoworks the first time. It's a whole different car; a deep, throaty sound with almost no drone; the drone that's there is plenty quiet enough to not even be called true drone at all. The headers seem perfect. Unreal.
LASTLY: I'll try to post my supplement regimen, although I see that this has changed somewhat. If my efforts prove successful, I'll post everything in better detail. I'll also be writing a book, hahah. I've already registered 'YouWillBeatThis.org.'
Uhg, yeah, I see this has changed a lot. I printed this off a few months ago and have tweaked it as I've gone alone / read more. I think most of it is represented here... it's a starting point, anyway. If anyone does this stuff, edge into it slowly and give your body time to adjust. At first, you might feel weird taking so many things; but that quickly goes away as you get used to it. Stay hydrated. Any ill effects will probably be de-tox related.
I make it super easy on myself. I bought 4 'daily pill' boxes and once a week I fill them up. That way, I only need to "take something" 4 times a day (even though it's 4 small hand-fulls of stuff each time, haha).
