Mold creation is said to take 2 weeks. I'll have the first one out of it and shipped via UPS air to me directly. I will fit it right away.

Wait times slowly kill me inside, but I’ve learned to accept it. I have so much car, gun, and guitar stuff I’ve paid and have been waiting for, so what’s another few items to add to the list. 😭

Covid & Ukraine definitely reframed expectations. We're in a pre-order world more than ever. Not a bad thing in terms of overall efficiencies - there's a premium to inventory more than ever.

Another update

The master positive mold is done! It will now get epoxy'ed and the first negative mold will be made out of carbon to create the 1st production diffuser.

The epoxy is done. See attached.

Negative mold creation has started. Rene wants to do 2x negative mold production considering the popularity to cut down production time in half. He'd be able to do 6 to 8 diffusers a week.

I've opened up 20x spots for a limited pre order here. Pricing is a little bit higher than crowdfunding - thanks to those that initially committed to make this a reality.

Inching closer to production:
Negative Mold Creation.

As of June 8th 2022, René has created the 1st negative mold. Made from carbon fiber, this mold will be used to create the actual production units! The mold is further reinforcement by adding carbon fiber plates to ensure the mold stays true during production and autoclave process.

The negative mold will now be finalized by applying the various layers of release agent needed to start production.

Next step: my test diffuser gets made this Friday : )
