Well, if your front end is that low, you're gonna need a pretty stiff spring to keep from bottoming out.

I just checked my order history from FA - typo - I'm running 10k front and 12k rear. Their standard off the shelf rates for the E46 M3 is 8k/10k. Swift spring rates always run softer compared to competitors.

but I can't recommend swifts enough on any coilover set up. If you took my M3 for a drive, you would assume I'm running a GC set up with 400lb springs - it's not harsh at all.
