Did a little photoshoot with the new daily we picked up for the fiancee. '04 E53 with only 80k miles. It's the same bolt pattern and center bore as the E46 so I put some a/t tires on my staggered ZE40s off the M3 and threw them on. It's in super good condition...

8k. And honestly for the condition it's in I'm happy with that price. The interior is immaculate and after a paint correction the exterior looks amazing too. Not one ding. Mechanically the only thing it needed was CV joint boots. I'm installing an avin avant 4 next week to bring it up to modern tech inside.

but I can't recommend swifts enough on any coilover set up. If you took my M3 for a drive, you would assume I'm running a GC set up with 400lb springs - it's not harsh at all.
I ran the exact same set this past season with the same rates, minus the swift springs. They were extremely comfortable and those digressive shocks really handle the bumps well.

Just curious how guys with CSL front bumpers find brake temps and and how quick is pad/rotor wear since you don't even have the non-CSL brake air ducts for airflow.

                      Youtube DIYs and more

All jobs done as diy - clutch, rod bearings, rear subframe rebush, vanos, headers, cooling, suspension, etc.

PM for help in NorCal. Have a lot of specialty tools - vanos, pilot bearing puller, bushing press kit, valve adjustment, fcab, wheel bearing, engine support bar, etc.

I've been passively wondering the same thing.

                        Also, are those E88s?

Not an M3, but very similar and different at the same time. It does have a few interesting mods that have made it rawer and more of an experience to drive; I still need to do a few more mods to finish her up.

I'm going through a set of PFC08s up front once a year (about 8 track days on this car) with my Stoptech ST40s. Two of the 3 tracks the car has been on this year are hard on brakes. The Stoptech rotor rings have lasted about 15 days so far and look to have normal wear and heat checking. No concerns with these for the next 5 track days or so, but I did crack a set of RacingBrake replacement rings prior. M3 Track Tools & Pinnacle Motorsport just released a new brake duct kit that uses ducts on the lower A-arms, which will be helpful for us CSL front bumper owners. I still street the car a lot, but will likely get this if I decide to track the car more frequently next year.

                            Yep! They're 18x10 square E88s.
