8k. And honestly for the condition it's in I'm happy with that price. The interior is immaculate and after a paint correction the exterior looks amazing too. Not one ding. Mechanically the only thing it needed was CV joint boots. I'm installing an avin avant 4 next week to bring it up to modern tech inside.Originally posted by lastMleft View Post
Nice find👍 If you don’t mind how much did you purchase it for?

I ran the exact same set this past season with the same rates, minus the swift springs. They were extremely comfortable and those digressive shocks really handle the bumps well.Originally posted by Kiser.mt View Post
I just checked my order history from FA - typo - I'm running 10k front and 12k rear. Their standard off the shelf rates for the E46 M3 is 8k/10k. Swift spring rates always run softer compared to competitors.
but I can't recommend swifts enough on any coilover set up. If you took my M3 for a drive, you would assume I'm running a GC set up with 400lb springs - it's not harsh at all.

Just curious how guys with CSL front bumpers find brake temps and and how quick is pad/rotor wear since you don't even have the non-CSL brake air ducts for airflow.Originally posted by Jickel180 View PostThe sun came out after a rainy track day. The car is simply a joy to drive. 🤗

Youtube DIYs and more
All jobs done as diy - clutch, rod bearings, rear subframe rebush, vanos, headers, cooling, suspension, etc.
PM for help in NorCal. Have a lot of specialty tools - vanos, pilot bearing puller, bushing press kit, valve adjustment, fcab, wheel bearing, engine support bar, etc.

I'm going through a set of PFC08s up front once a year (about 8 track days on this car) with my Stoptech ST40s. Two of the 3 tracks the car has been on this year are hard on brakes. The Stoptech rotor rings have lasted about 15 days so far and look to have normal wear and heat checking. No concerns with these for the next 5 track days or so, but I did crack a set of RacingBrake replacement rings prior. M3 Track Tools & Pinnacle Motorsport just released a new brake duct kit that uses ducts on the lower A-arms, which will be helpful for us CSL front bumper owners. I still street the car a lot, but will likely get this if I decide to track the car more frequently next year.Originally posted by mrgizmo04 View PostJust curious how guys with CSL front bumpers find brake temps and and how quick is pad/rotor wear since you don't even have the non-CSL brake air ducts for airflow.
