You should be in good shape once the shop understands what is going on with the chassis electronics.
Are your front vs. rear tire sizes within acceptable circumference spec range so as not to confuse the ABS/TC control unit?
This typically would trigger the light at speed in a straight line also, but the chassis computers are more sophisticated than the late E36 units.
