E46 M3 BAD tramlining. Need help.

2005 E46 M3 coupe SMG. Having really bad tramlining that im trying to figure out. Basically cant even drive the car without looking drunk, any small imperfection in the road will veer the car in that direction.

Here is what ive done to try and address this issue

    1) front control arms
    2) FCABS
    3) Sway bar end links front
    4) POLY RTABS
    5) new discs and pads all round.
    6) new steering guibo

I am at a loss. all wheels seem stable when trying to find play. Could it be the brake pads rubbing on the discs prematurely or maybe my tires are bad? Tires have plenty of tread and all match (pirelly p zero)

    What size tires all around?

    Front camber?

Forgot to mention. Car is on DINAN springs and koni shocks. I believe there is some camber but hard to say for sure. 245/35/19 pirelli pzero nero in the front, 275/30/19 pirelli pzero nero in the back. Wheels are competition oem

          Have you done an alignment?

Those are some wide tires! And also +1 on the alignment. Especially toe and camber.

              Regards

                Get an alignment.

                Also, check steering for play.

245s shouldn’t be enough to cause severe tramlining. I have 245s up front on ZCP wheels too, and it’s not an issue for me.

I did 4 wheel alignment too after the control arms tie rods and rtabs. I will get the photos and post.

You have an unnecessary amount of toe on the front AND rear of the car. That's why it's tramlining like crazy, because the super aggressive toe is following the road front and rear. You need to go back and ask them for zeroed out front and rear toe. That much toe will cause tire scrubbing and wear, mess up your fuel mileage and make it drive like shit.

Get it corrected ASAP and the car will drive much better.

This is interesting, but it seems the toe is within range still?

Do you track the car? If no, I would zero out front toe at least. Actually just noticed they are both positive toe which is a bit weird. They try to sell you tires as well?

I guess this makes sense. I will tell the alignment shop. What doesn’t make sense though is that the toe is within range, unless their range is messed up. I do not track the car also.
