I found a used pair of calipers locally. Wondering if anyone can tell me if these will fit the E46 M3 and what adapters I might have to get. Thank you.

Help identifying Brembo calipers?

Dang those bad boys look like they got used properly . There are some extensive threads on these conversions, im not sure about those calipers you have, but here are the threads that have all the info, parts #s ,rebuilding DIY, install etc..

Those are GT1/F40/F50 style Brembo calipers. To really know if they'll work correctly you need to measure the pistons and do some math to calculator the brake balance. As for brackets, I'd measure the bolt mount spacing and then see what might work. Most likely you'll have to get something custom made. The Vagbremtechnic Aston brackets are about 185mm, I'm not sure what the spacing is on Stoptech or a real Brembo GT kit is.
You can get brand new Brembos off an Aston Martin for under $400 a side - which after you buy those and rebuild/repaint I bet you're going to be close to the same cost. And using the Vagbremtechnic brackets it all just bolts up.

I'm not sure keen on the Aston Martin logo...I wanted them to say Brembo, but I'll deal with that at a later date. The calipers are also used on the V8 Vantage as well as the DB9, also the Audi TTRS 8J model or RS3 8P model (but you will have to flip the calipers since they are reversed from Audi).
You can also buy them from Vagbremtechnic (the place you buy the brackets from) and they come out to about the same price, although shipping might be a bit more. But they'll do custom colors and logos if you want.

For the money, I think this kit is hard to beat. With new CSL/ZCP rotors & pads (from FCP with a lifetime warranty), you're looking at under $1500 all in. The Aston calipers have the same piston size as the older $4000 Brembo 355mm 4-pot setup for the e46m3 and you don't have to machine the calipers like you do with the Porsche. They also look better, IMHO.

Those are GT F40 calipers. They don't look like F50's just due to size. You can buy brackets directly from Brembo or Race Technologies. I'd measure the pistons because they look like rears.2004 BMW ///M3 Carbon Black/Cinnamon 6MT
