Wow, this is the first I've learned of this project - excited to see the final outcome!

Personally, I far prefer the use of a metal crash bar to Kevlar :P
The OE crash bar is an aluminum I beam.

Kevlar has a much higher material toughness over the aluminum crash bar. The kevlar will deflect and crack but will maintain a much higher strength vs aluminum where the strength falls off rather quickly.

Doors are on the car, internal accessories fully fitted, including windows and airbags.

This was 2 days worth of work. Lots of notes to share - we're looking into offering this as a turnkey service for those that want doors delivered painted and fitted with all accessories (either new or used).

Ordered a few new trims - 20 year old car things.

Looks like he had a dispute with some members or an admin. It's a shame because he has gotten me some parts with really good pricing, and he's constantly providing new parts for the platform.

I don't think that's going to stop him from posting on his own website and/or FB. I'm pretty sure we'll hear what happened as a final outcome lol

That's true but I would rather let him document his work here where it might have a chance at being saved, vs. social media or a business website who has no reason to save older posts.
