      Current SL boxes don’t have the bottom hole on the unfilter part of the airbox. This is bc the are making their own snorkel w/ no flap (Waiting on my snorkel). I talked to 4 different SL airboxes owners before actually buying. Most were pretty happy specially for the price. Box does have a few flaws here and there and most are under the airbox (one looks like a clear coat run, can’t be felt though, and in some parts it look like little holes/dirt but heard this is normal when dealing w/ carbon fiber). Biggest flaw I saw that most of us had it was where the two parts meet, attached pic (once installed it’s kinda hard to see unless u are looking for it) I ordered the box around Jan and was a bit delayed due to the whole COVID. I have no big complaints other than the time it took to get here. Other than that the airbox looks amazing and pattern matches/flows unlike other replicas. Box is around 1250euro,$1350 USD, plus shipping. Compared to the 1400GBD for Karbonious the difference would be close to $350USD. (with those $350 I basically paid for my HTE tune) IIRC they almost went under the boat bc of the whole bumper problem maybe that’s why they stop pushing for Group buys.           From their website:

          1- Trumpets made in carbon fibre instead in plastic, what make our airbox even more light.

            Currently evaluating PSDesigns velocity stacks vs CSL type airbox, what's the source of SL airbox referenced above. In additions to EUR1250, what is total cost of other parts, snorkel, trumpets etc?

              You can DM them on Instagram for a fast response. For other parts I modified my breather hose and shutoff valve so no expense there. Snorkel is about EUR100 and filter was EUR88 shipping around EUR135. I also went with a MAP sensor over alpha N so another $100USD since I have a HP DME. And they are only making the trumpets in black polycarbonate.

                very interesting. Does anyone know what I need to do to post in the for sale section? I have used the contact form a couple times with no response. I am selling a brand new CSL Intake with snorkel, tune, hardware and sensors. Thanks

                  Recently did mnie SL Csl airbox conversion at 149k, running exactly the same setup as COVD-19 ⬆ above , very happy with the outcome so far, sound is insane should have done this mod 100k before, but better now then never, SL setup is nice and priced very affordably imo compared to others. Thumbs up for SL Airbox 👍

                        So to the guys who run any of these CSL airboxes in California. Do you literally take it off, redo the tune and return the car to stock for smog every two years, and then put it back together? or do you "have a guy?" honestly curious how big of a pain in the ass it is to do the whole process start to finish, and back again.

                          I'm holding onto my old DME with stock tune (have to upgrade to an HP for the box) so I can revert back for smog every two years. Once every two years doesn't seem like that big a PITA, it's not a huge job.
