Also this! That tube needs to be pushed into the connector on the pump harder than you might think.

        Hey Fellas,

Regarding the continued bleedung... do i keep bleeding the Actuator repeatedly (Test 1 thats passing) or do i bleed test 2 repeatedly (the Clutch Slave) thats failing?

Just wanted to check in... how mant tines did you gues try bleeding the slave/clutch (test 2), before it finally passed?

Just trying to gauge the number of attempts.

Another update... I'm officially on SMG bleed 56 and still failing the slave cyl clutch/hard line bleed (test 2).

Again, new ckutch, spring, slave cyl. Any other suggestions?

Id start looking at the solenoids and such on the smg pump.

Youre sure the clutch slave is installed correctly with the plunger in the fork?

yeah, slave is installed correctly. I can manually shift from R-2 and shift through all gears using INPA

Just because you can shift gears doesnt mean the clutch and clutch slave is installed correctly.

                          Not sure.

When I try to do the clutch adaptation I can hear the fork moving the pressure plate.

But doing the clutch bleed you just hear the hydraulic cylinder pumping. Its basically the same as someone continuously pumping the clutch pedal on a manual. Do you hear anything when trying you do the clutch bleed?

Yeah, i heard everything moving around... sound normal (as in likeit usually sounds over the years). When i shift manually, everything sounds quite. Hmm... the actuator passes every time.

Are you using INPA or a different tool to do the SMG adaptations?
