Just a suggestion. What gave me fits was the little tube from the SMG reservoir was not connected tightly to the pump. Air got in, and it would not prime. Once that was fixed, it passed the SMG adaptation first time.
Also this! That tube needs to be pushed into the connector on the pump harder than you might think.

Regarding the continued bleedung... do i keep bleeding the Actuator repeatedly (Test 1 thats passing) or do i bleed test 2 repeatedly (the Clutch Slave) thats failing?

When I try to do the clutch adaptation I can hear the fork moving the pressure plate.
But doing the clutch bleed you just hear the hydraulic cylinder pumping. Its basically the same as someone continuously pumping the clutch pedal on a manual. Do you hear anything when trying you do the clutch bleed?

Yeah, i heard everything moving around... sound normal (as in likeit usually sounds over the years). When i shift manually, everything sounds quite. Hmm... the actuator passes every time.

Are you using INPA or a different tool to do the SMG adaptations?
