Engine temp is a critical sensor for emissions monitors. Some monitors only run when its cold and some require operating temp.

I thought your only issue was the O2 heater monitor. Had no idea there were several codes you also had while trying to get the monitors to go ready. I would tackle each issue one by one before trying to get monitors ready. You wont pass with a check engine light on.

You can try asking your tuner to mask out the codes you're getting.

It's the black box of fuses. I took them out and inspected each one

Well none of those codes come up when the tuner suppress the secondary dtc. I'd see then in inpa... but they are general codes. Catalysts doesn't tell me anything. I have 2 year old SSV1 catted... they are brand new and we functioning perfectly with the previous engine. Trims I thought are O2 sensor related... and since O2 came on quick and heater stayed off, I figure there is an issue. I did a smoke test with zero issues.

        Car runs totally smooth.

Should I put the oem fan clutch back on?

Is your coolant and oil temp gauge working?

Are you able to reach operating temp?

          Is car overheating?

As long as you're gauges are working and able to reach operating temp without overheating you shouldn't need the clutch fan.

Well with the efan, it seems to be cooling everything to the point where neither really gets to operating temp (coolant looked to be about 40 degrees below instead of 12 oclock... oil looks to be at 150 instead of the 190.

If you unplugged the fan, and sit, it'll start to overheat. Once the fan kicks on, everything goes to 10 o'clock vs 12 o'clock with fan clutch.

In this situation i would advise disconnecting the e fan and installing the clutch fan.

Yup. You can see if the fuse has blown

Are we speaking in English here?

Your pic shows the only thing you failed the smog is the Incomplete O2 sensor heater.

Correct. INPA showed P179, 178 and they still readied up. So that's why I haven't been concerned with those codes. I know they are running correctly, so the fact that the heaters aren't readying is crazy to me. I've never had this problem. Usually it's SAP and Evap (which is still need to figure out. When I click the SAP DTC box in Martyn's program, it's suppressing the check engine light, but not readying it up. This pic says ready, but the light came on as I unchecked it after 300 miles and 6 cold starts of it not readying.

Wondering if I should just reinstall my SAP.

                        Update:

I've reinstalled the oem fan clutch/aux and SAP.

will clear codes and do a cold start now with a few drive cycles.

Looks like the ECU called for the heaters according to INPA.

Whatever that displayed the Emission Readiness that I referred to, I would not trust it; it seems to be far from reality of what you observed.
If inpa showed P179 and 178, then you must also have the SES light ON, no?

                            No, no check engines.

Doing drive cycles as i type this (5 completed) and no SES lights so far. I acrually adjusted the tune to NOT suppress anything, to see what pops up.

Not always. I would confirm with a fuse tester. I had the same error earlier this year and it was indeed the f4 fuse.
