What’s the spring perch rubbing issue? Any way to mitigate? The R&T kit is high on my list along with 9.5 width ET 35 track wheels ...

edit: is this why Apex recommends 5mm spacers behind ET35 wheels for “certain” coilover kits?

Yeah, the 5mm wheel spacer is needed unless the Ohlins strut spacer is used to raise the strut body up ~20mm.

The struts in the Ohlins BMS Mi30 kit for the E46 M3 were designed to work with the OEM top mount. When converting to aftermarket camber plates, the "stack height" of the camber plate is much thinner than the OEM mount. This strut spacer kit moves the strut up to accommodate for the thinner stack height of the camber p

Nice, thanks. I’ve been emailing these guys to assemble a kit and was planning on using this spacer, so that takes care of that concern.

Even with that spacer if you plan on running 275 or bigger you might need 5mm wheel spacer depending on a tire but you stick with 265 you will be ok

Did you have to roll fenders to tuck a 285 in the back?
                Just some old shitty cars.

For 18x9.5 ET35 square, will I be OK without any spacer or camber for stock suspension setup ?

There are a bunch of helpful fitments listed on the Apex website. Basically you will want a 10mm or 12mm rear spacer so it looks right, and plan on running a little bit of front camber.

For a 85/15 street/track car driven to HPDEs, what’s the need front camber before you really start prematurely wearing the inside of your tires? Seems like most are 2.7-3.0 in front? Also toe looks to be 0ish in front with 1/8 to 1/4 in for the rear?
