You'll be waiting on them a few months. I went B6 for simple availability and I'm not regretting it at all. I see what they mean about the monotube harshness but it was world better than my failing stock suspension. Some people have issues with Koni longevity, some have issues with Bilstiens driving style. You are also more likely to bottom out Bilstiens. This is my Unbuild Journal and why we need an oil thread

B6. Esp with camber plates so you can get a little more drop without sacrificing travel. Then I pull the bottom spring pad in the rear since the eibachs only drop .6"DD: /// 2011.5 Jerez/bamboo E90 M3 · DCT · Slicktop · Instagram

Putting my lack of knowledge on full display. Is the spring not subject to movement on the perch or generating some noise without the pad?Originally posted by Tbonem3 View PostB6. Not really movement because of the center circle that sticks up and holds it. Plus the weight of the car will hold it down. If it doesn't move, it won't make noise mostly likely. My concern would be it not distributing the weight better and cracking the control arm. Metal is brittle where rubber isn't and is there to absorb some of the shock. It's a lot easier to check for cracks without the rubber pads there though.Originally posted by ELEM3NT View Post

Now you tell me, lol. I have eibach / koni yellows with plates and do not like the rake with the rear sitting higher. Will have to try that trick over winter.Originally posted by Tbonem3 View PostB6. Spring will be effectively welded to the control arm once loaded. I have tall RSMs that correct droop so the spring never comes unloaded over a driveway entrance or whatever as well.DD: /// 2011.5 Jerez/bamboo E90 M3 · DCT · Slicktop · Instagram

Im on the opposite camp. Im near the city and want something maybe 0.5inch drop on all sides nothing much more. Ive seen eibach drops looking like their slammed so i have to ask is it really 0.6inch drop for standard eibachs?Originally posted by Tbonem3 View PostB6.
