It’s here, and it’s gorgeous! Mine came with the TMS sticker already on it, which is annoying. No defects as far as my eye can see.
Can anyone suggest the best way to get the TMS sticker off without risking any scuffing/damage to the finish? I've never owned anything like this so I don't know what products/tools play nice with the finish.Last edited by ATB88; 05-27-2020, 12:50 PM.

Also, noticing two extra threaded holes on the bottom of the box (see Turner's stock photo here: https://3a663eb0fef48c6d2d60-a88f8eb...4242_x800.webp)
There are the two threaded holes that are far a part which is where the mounting grommets thread in to attach the box to the support bracket underneath, like the stock airbox. But what are the other two little holes (the ones close together in the picture) for? Are they supposed to mount to something? They thread straight through into the box itself, so, they need to be used for something else you'll have a big vacuum leak...
I see that on stock photos of the Karb box there's a little bracket attached there (https://karbonius.net/wp-content/upl.../E46AD03_3.jpg)... but the Turner box just has the holes, and there were no other parts advertised as needed for installation other than CCV hose, throttle boots, shutoff valve, MAP solution and IAT. Am I missing something?

Feels weird sitting here, 2.5 years into e46 m3 ownership, with the big expensive mod that I told myself that I'd never waste money on because it couldn't possibly be worth it sitting on my coffee table staring me in the face.

Also, check for a similar threaded hole on the side of the unfiltered section, facing the cubby where the ecu sits. Might not be there on the Turner box, but it's there on the OEM and Karbonius boxes. This is the attachment point for the starter cable bracket (11617835163). Make sure to at least plug the threaded hole so as to avoid sucking unfiltered air in.
Edit: from looking at the pictures posted, it appears that the Turner box doesn't have this threaded hole.Last edited by heinzboehmer; 05-27-2020, 01:51 PM.2002 Topasblau M3 - Coupe - 6MT - Karbonius CSL Airbox - MSS54HP Conversion - Kassel MAP - SSV1 - HJS - PCS Tune - Beisan - MK60 Swap - ZCP Rack - Nogaros - AutoSolutions - 996 Brembos - Slon - CMP - VinceBar - Koni - Eibach - BlueBus - Journal
