I am willing to ship them this time round, but you guys have to realize that shipping cost will be high.
Do you still have these available? I am looking for one.

There’s a decent supply of these over here, but you guys gotta realize the real cost of shipping is going to be pretty high. Shoot me a DM if you’re interested.

This whole issue with the "no headliner available" has kept me from doing the carbon roof project for awhile. I just don't feel like installing a carbon fiber roof without having a headliner.

2M in CA are working on a solution with their own manufacturing.

The shipping cost from the EU is a bit high and I am not sure about import tax/tariff cost which is something to take into consideration. Another option is to find one in Europe while you are visiting and take it with you home as checked luggage in some form of bicycle bag etc.

If anyone else have a great idea, feel free to post your suggestions.

I've been able to pull these from e46 non-m slicktops, but they of course need to be reupholstered. This is another issue as the fabric is becoming harder to find: see fabric thread

Many of these will have failing fabric at this age especially if stored in heated locations. The fabric separates from the foam backing.

I have found it really hard to find any slick-tops at the salvage yards in my area (DFW/Texas). No luck so far!

Last night 2M Autowerkz posted the finished Slicktop prototype on their IG story. I messaged them and they said production will begin in a week! Orders will be opened on their website sometime next week! Get your wallets ready! They’ll also be able to supply all hardware required for the conversion.

The E46 carbon roof is one of the most sought after modifications with the greatest weight reduction to the chassis. Our carbon roofs are made by vacuum infused carbon fiber in either plain (1x1) or twill (2x2) weave. Each and every roof comes with multiple layers of PPG automotive clear coat to ensure that it won’t yellow or fade out over time. If you're in the Southern California area and would like to schedule install please give us a call or send us an email. *Installation requires front and rear glass to be removed. All spot welds will be drilled out in order to remove metal roof skin. We then weld in the BMW OEM roof bow (PN# 41328242075) for proper structural support. Carbon roof is then installed and secured with front and rear glass re-adhered. *All products are built to order in the U.S.A. and will take approximately 6-10 weeks to be shipped.

Interesting, I can't even find the part number at realoem for the beige headliner. Maybe I am missing something?

bmwfnatic can probably help you source one if you're willing to pay
