That is not a rebuild, just cleaning and testing, that is why I ask.

There’s a part where he can replace the screens…is that not rebuilding?

          Any particular reason for that?
The whole reason I got into cleaning injectors is because my Blackstone analysis kept showing fuel in my oil samples. I wanted to replace my injectors as well till I looked into cleaning and rebuilding stock injectors. I had two injectors that were dripping when off, after cleaning, replacing screens and retesting, they work just like new. No need to throw money away.

Confirmed fit on their site. You can also send them in for a rebuild (through Rock Auto) for $34 https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...&pt=6224&jsn=8

@gheorghe Can you provide same such service? Rather ship to NC than Cali

Pintle cap replacements depend on the injector, EV6's typically do not have caps. A rebuild for these is the internal filter and the O-rings.

I just had gheorghe perform a cleaning and rebuild for me. He’s extremely reliable and prompt.

My injectors were flowing well before cleaning and rebuild - and He was able to get another 3% out of them.

                  Reviving this thread.

                  I bought this item :

Listing clearly shows that it is Bosch P/N 0 280 156 052 which is the correct one for the S54 engine.
I have received the injectors, and the Bosch P/N is scratched off. I believe they are 0 280 156 029.

I measured the resistance of one of them, and got 15Ω, which is close to the 14.5Ω of the 0 280 156 029 and not the 12Ω of the correct ones.

                  0 280 156 052: 193 g/min, 12 Ω <- Correct one
                  0 280 156 029: 150.7 g/min, 14.5 Ω

I have contacted the seller, but what could lead them to sell them as correct injectors for this engine ? Can they change the specs ? Seems fishy to me.

                  Edit : adding some pictures

They ripped you off or sent the wrong ones.

I have contacted them, I'll report back here with their answer.
But clearly, those are the wrong injectors.
