Uploading a recreation of the CSL flap seal.

There are two versions attached: the first is a 1:1 replica and the second is a slightly modified version so that it can print flat on the bed plate without supports. This should be printed out of some relatively stiff (95A or so) TPU.

Note that you'll need to print two, one for each side of the flap.

See this post to see the print optimized part installed on 0-60motorsports's car: https://nam3forum.com/forums/forum/m...014#post357014

Also, just for reference, here are some pictures of a basically new OE flap:

Does anyone have a scan of any flavor of CSL snorkel? I’m working on a snorkel that can interface with the non-CSL bumper brake duct as well as the oem ducting from the kidney grills. Would love to have a reference mesh, it would save me a lot of printing and fit up.

Messy scan of the Karbonius snorkel: https://s.digital3dcloud.com/space/file?shareID=8127fe97-2812-56bc-8ede-c4ed0c227cad
Karb snorkel in relation to chassis and bumper: https://s.digital3dcloud.com/space/file?shareID=0a700789-b74e-5fac-8ad1-b5d5b0ca30be

Note that the Karb snorkel is NOT the same as the OE CSL flap. The snout of the snorkel is clocked slightly differently. IIRC, when installed, the end of the Karb snout is ~10mm off of where the OE flap sits. Don't think any of this matters for your purposes, but it's worth pointing out.

          Hope those help!

Does somebody have a 3D scan of the CSL door cards? Interested in designing a model to make my own CF ones.

Appreciate it Heinz! Forgive my ignorance as I've never used that site before, but I don't see a download button. Is it possible to download the file to import the mesh into my CAD application? If not, even just being able to measure in that web app will prove useful so thanks either way!

Huh, weird. You're definitely supposed to be able to download them. I updated the links in my post, can you try again?

If it still doesn't work, PM me your email and I can send you the mesh files directly (they're too big to upload here).

Does anyone have a CAD file for oil bottle holder in the trunk for our cars? Willing to pay for someone to print and mail it to me please. 🤣

No but it would be easy to model. What oil bottle and what rear tray, amplifier or non?

Perhaps this setting? I was curious to make something like NIco above out of PA6 but I ended up just getting a race box.

When sharing, there's an option to explicitly enable downloading. I turned that on, but site is being funny.
