Talking about port shape and not primaries but literally exactly what I was drawing out for non circular cross sections in bends and opening up the inner radius CSA to manage air speed:

Super curious how these will sound once the final product is made. Brysons mullet tune is legit so I imagine once the headers are made, they’ll be just as spectacular. Convinced 3 of my friends to get his tune and they absolutely love it. Would love to try the headers on my dinan s3-r. If a test dummy is needed, I volunteer as tribute 😂

I haven't seen a lot of talk about AHR headers/section 1. Any thoughts on this? I too am interested primarily in getting that smoothed out, screaming exhaust note. Currently have SGT headers/section 1, Rogue section 2 with dump valve and stock muffler. Wondering if I can maintain stock muffler and still improve sound whether dump valve is open or full closed

So cool:

Here’s a perfect example of somebody clear across the world sending us a 3D scan of their engine bay. We designed a custom set of stainless headers around the scan, sent the file off to the “stainless toaster oven,” and bam — one-piece 3D-printed stainless headers custom fit to a customer’s car on the other side of the planet. Pretty wild when you think about it. No traditional mockup car here, no shipping test parts back and forth across the world — just digital engineering, 3D scanning, and metal printing coming together to create a truly custom set of headers. #AreyoureadytobepoweredbyNRE #NelsonRacingEngines".

6-1 headers/exhaust are pretty much known for making a great sound at the expense of torque and generally not much (if at all) hp increase.Originally posted by BTB View PostI haven't seen a lot of talk about AHR headers/section 1. Any thoughts on this?

Make sense from what I've read, and the little bit of exhaust modeling and tuning I've been doing for my S54. The location of the secondary (2-1) merge has a big impact on the torque curve.Originally posted by George Hill View Post

Pretty sure this exhaust research is not quite applicable here due to the extreme pipe length, but its certainly an interesting concept demonstrating fundamental principles that could be advantageous, in the pursuit of sound, the power arrived. Something no S54 header can currently combine... Even with the "best" SSV1 people are seeing weakness with here.

Depending on the timeline of this, It would be interesting to apply this design in AngeTheGreat’s Engine simulator if it comes out in time: https://youtu.be/sUdnJTC2w9I?is=Ofrs-sjjh3ErzBGx
