A week or so ago I popped in the new cupholder so it won't come out every time I pull my drink out like the old one. Last night I installed the new trim piece for the SMG shifter surround and the Garagistic shift knob in brushed aluminum. It's so nice to have a trim piece that's not ratty, matches the rest of the trim, and the new shift knob looks far better than even the OEM one!

Yes the plan was to offer it as a full kit but I need to tweak the design a bit and tidy a few things up. I should have some time to mess with it this weekend. Passenger side has a flat closeout. Looks OEM similar to an E30/36 to me. Disregard the bugs...
