I swapped my springs to 225#, down from 250#. I also took the chance to add reinforcement plates and changed the perch lock nut to match perch themselves. I am running Ohlins perch and lock nut for 2.5 springs on my H&R set up.
Found some time last Friday to swap out my GC Race camber plates for GC Street plates. They have been rattling for a while due to the worn out spherical bearings. SoCal streets have not been kind to them. Does anyone know if the GC Street plates can be run without the strut tower reinforcement plates? I'm already running the factory strut tower bar and i noticed the plates seem to be keeping the camber plates from maxing out their negative camber adjustment.
While I was in there, I took a moment to peek at and admire these. Also, I need to order new Shockwears covers.

Drained the coolant and went to replace the water pump, and cleaned all the gunk that had accumulated on the timing cover. Turns out I am 1 o-ring short of being able to put the cooling system back together, so that’s fun.
Getting the coolant out is enough of a PITA that I’m considering replacing the radiator while I’m in there…anyone have some thought on this matter? It looks stock, and the car is sitting at ~125k.

If its stock and original to the car then its due to be changed.
Reddish subframe reinforcement currently going down. So I decided to have all the bushings replaced in the rear along with new oem diff cover and bushings. AKG yellow 95a subframe bushings which look sweet. I’m ditching the poly rtab bushings and going with oem with limiters.
Very nice, I run those seats in another vehicle and LOVE them, the M3 will get a set at some point.
I did finally epoxy my Vincebar in and am ready to put things back together!
The seats are so freaking rigid vs stock !! It’s quite an experience to be able to fully relax while driving spiritedly.
Looks very nice on the Vince bar … I love my aluminum subframe bushings paired with the used diff I picked up and monoball RTABs. The rear end just feels so dialed on track and super feelsome
