What happened? Hopefully not CSL Box/Tune Related?

Not sure. First got a p0011 and p0014 code with misfires on all cylinders. Thought it was the VANOS solenoid pack, so I changed that out myself and then I started getting a p0012 code with misfire on all cylinders. Hassan thinks the valve body on the solenoid may be broken, but they will do a thorough check.

ended up just towing it to Kevin (EAS) to see whats up. It's only odd that this happened right after getting the CSL intake and tune, but who knows. =/

Let's hope its an easy fix! I also just sign up for AAA haha this tow itself was not cheap!

Yeah, when i was going through the whole Alpha N thing, i had a few hiccups right after as well like idle hunting, EML lights, SES lights etc. Hassan was a good resource as was Kevin/Steve. But once they button it down, it's all butterfly and rainbows after. The whole CSL thing forces you to address weak points which is a silver lining, example being i didn't realize i had a fuel pump going out until it was recommended to change it. Once switched out, i had Hassan retune and gained a chunk of whp.

All that to say: it's a journey, but you have the right people around you to get to the sweet spot sooner.

Thanks man, appreciate the kind words as its been stressful. Thank goodness its not a daily or anything like that. I sure do love the sound of the CSL box. I am assuming you mean address the weak points since it's making more power?

What did you make on their dyno? you have quite a bit more mods than I do so just curious. I think Hassans base map made 298whp and when they were done I made 315whp. Hmm I wonder if its possible to detune to the car to like 250whp so I can have a slower car, so I can rev it more! =)

Performed an oil change yesterday @ 50,015 miles. Oil sample just sent off to Blackstone. I've been driving it a bit hard for the last 1,000 miles...

I wonder how it would look / perform with a Apple Magsafe puck mounted at that position. Seems like it'd be a good spot for a landscape orientation for those with stock non-nav head units.

Installed Turner pedals. I ordered the Pedal Haus kit a couple months ago but it’s on back order for who knows how long.

295!! That is such a good wheel. Car looks great.

Added the evo decals to my regas. The green was looking good in the sun this weekend.
