Hey anyone know for sure if you can remove the differential cover while diff is still in? My friend asked me as he doesn’t have a lift (just stands and floor jacks) . I said think it should, just support the pumpkin, remove the two rear and then the bolts for the cover’s perimeter. Never tried it myself. I know the two main rear can be replaced although tight fit. Not sure if any obstructions keep from accessing the cover, like top row ones?

There's probably plenty of margin on the Turner boxes, they very regularly have them on sale from their "full price" (which is quite frankly ludicrous compared to the Karb box in terms of cost/quality). I think a Turner box is only a good value prop if it's significantly cheaper than Karb.

Thanks, that’s what I was thinking too. Although they might have issues using a torque wrench to tighten the cover back on evenly.

Pressure sensor on the pump may have died, or as you noted, wiring is somehow compromised. However, if that is the case, then the pump probably should either run continuously or not run at all. Both are bad. Although I suppose, the sensor could be reading ok most of the time.

Pressure sensor: 0.5 V -> 0 bar and 4.58 V -> 100 bar

6"-6.5"
Anything less and you will have to run a stiff spring to prevent coil bind.

Also, you need to run a straight spring on the the ASP's as beehive styles will not work on those.

Thank you. Pulled the plenum and lo-and-behold, the pressure sensor connector was unplugged. Come to find that the tang/tab was broken, assuming that happened when the pump was replaced and it wasn't addressed. For what it's worth, I observed that with no pressure signal, the pump would run on a set interval to maintain pressure.

Anyhow, going to de-pin the connector and put a new connector on there and should be set. Appreciate the help.
