Seller is suspect for sure.

For the new owner I hope it is just a case of lazy, DGAF seller attitude, and that the car is a nice one.

19250 selling price is a good deal as long as it's all good.

The seller is playing games. I asked him way back on December 7th for RACP reinforcement information and he ignored me. Then says oh it wasn't me who had that done even though he told BAT he did since it is in the listing.

If the miles are true, even if the big 3 are not done it sold for a decent deal at 19k in this market.

I still debated on whether or not to bid but the guy was obviously lying. I had to ask three times to get any information and then he claimed to be a BMW mechanic and did much of the maintenance himself, but then wasn't willing to say yes/no the RACP was reinforced. Can't trust a car that isn't local to me once stuff like this pops up. What else is he lying about?

Yeah for sure, I mean it could already have a spun bearing, torn subframe and a couple other issues coupled with the "moderate damage" reported and yeah, without seeing it this could easily end up a 35k car.

He was asking 25k for it , I think he should be happy with 19k result , same as original owner of 60k vert . Already 28.5k bid , I seen a lot 100k cars in better condition. Looks like people just want get it from original owner .

This could have been well into the 20's if the guy was just up front and answered questions in a timely manner. Plus the PPI timing and the car still in the shop....SMH. Just not a good auction on a few fronts. When I sold my 525iT on BAT, I was answering questions at least same day, and most of the time within the hour. Was a cool experience. You have to be transparent and up front... there is way too much knowledge on BAT to hide something.
