              Since I still have my motor out, I decided to sandblast my headers and get them coated inside and out.
              Next ist to add additional thermal insulation.

                    Went from true coilovers back to a stock set up, with upper spring cone, eibach 800 lb spring, GC Weight Jack. Removed my spring, retaining collar and the height adjustment from my Penske.

                      Fixed the long-standing clunk (especially upshifting under power) by doing a full reset and bleed of the SMG system as suggested in this thread (https://nam3forum.com/forums/forum/m...nk-to-no-clunk). Night and day difference, can shift up/down through the rev range now with no clunk. Wish. I. Had. Done. This. Ages. Ago.

We ended up doing a rear subframe refresh, suspension overhaul and a Vanos bulletproof. I have a few more projects underway. Hoping to get her into the body shop this week for a respray.

                                Yes. That just happened. It's a crying shame.

                                Also, took my car to the Dyno for a tune the other day. Thanks Casa de Mesa for the recommendation and thanks HassanEido for the killer tune.

                                Standing four feet away from the engine w/CSL box and the hood open at WOT is complete cacophony. You feel it inside of you. The ears are only the second validation of the chaos that is taking place.

                                I'll post numbers in Dyno thread. I'm happy.
