Bunch of new gaskets and exhaust camshaft sensor o-ring so as to remove some notable German characteristics, you know, oil leaks.

Guys I finally did it. The stock diff had drove me nuts for the life of ownership with it's clunking. Diffsonline rebuilt with a wavetrac and no more clunk, drives so wonderful at the moment, now awaiting break in period. Pocket book has a hole in it but had to do it right.

Half hour later, some clutch/brake pedal bushings I'm going to try out.

Would love to hear how these improved things, my clutch and brake pedal may need the same.

They tighten up any side to side, the bmw sleeve wears over time, 120k miles worth of clutch in/out, the brake pedal sees less wear in my instance.

I printed them in two materials, an abs with cf additive (not a great choice for this location but it's what was loaded at that moment) and a PA12 CF which should be a better fit for this application and what I'll install.
Best would likely be PEEK, but I'm limited to a 300c print temp, so that's off the table for my inexpensive RAISE3D pro

For a sane individual, buying a set of $20-40 a pop Delrin bushings from one of the suppliers would make the most sense

I found an OEM E46 roof rack on eBay UK and installed it today. Since I don't trailer this car to the track at the moment (future plan), wanted an option for bringing an extra set of wheels to the track (long distance drive, variable weather, etc.). Figured I'd be able to offload this easily if it didn't work out. Since my car has a bolt in roll-bar and topside subframe brace, the back is not accessible and I can fit one wheel in the trunk. If I could get three on top, with ample safety margin for weight, I'll be happy. Not sure yet what basket/platform I'm going to get quite yet.
