Very nice! I really need a set of those rear seats as an alternative to my oe CSL once's. Do they have the isofix or quick latch hooks for the child seats?

Yep they do - they're the same as standard M3 rear seats.
Thanks for the confirmation bud! Yup would love a set one day.
The other good thing about them is that they're a back-up source of the Laser center fabric (which is NLA) if, perish the thought, anything ever befalls my CSL seats.

Yeah my rear CSL seats are like brand new lol but still would love the isofix option for the child seat one day.

What are your overall thoughts on the CSL style trunk? What was the final cost shipped?
I picked it up locally from the manufacturer…they happen to be local to me in the greater Atlanta area.
The trunk has excellent fitment and it’s ridiculously lightweight at under 7lbs. I purchased the race version so I needed to cut a few holes. The only negative thing I could say is they didn’t use a lot of resin so it had some pinholes during paint prep which took extra time to resolve.
This is the new Rogue Engineering trunk which is manufactured by the same guys that created the carbon wide body e46 and e36 for PTG. From 1995 to 2006, PTG, a company based in West Virginia, was responsible for the development and racing for BMW North America. They were given some parameters but essentially were left to decipher many specifics on their own. One such detail was the creation of race-grade bodywork for the racecars. Everything from molding and production of these parts were left to their own devices.
They moved to the greater Atlanta area a while ago and I was able to pick up the trunk at their shop.
This will fit in the long Euro storage bin. You'll need to trim the bottom off before you can fit the cupholders in. Use some double sided tape to hold if you want.Euro Part#51167039180
Some background. My car has had garbage manzo mid pipes since day 1. It was supposed to be a temporary solution for a broken flange section 1 when I bought the car 3-4 years ago but life happens. I welded in some cheapo 200cell cats when I did headers. They smelled like the wash coat was gone in the first 2000 miles also, so not great. That being said, I'm not the best person to judge stock "noise". The car was quiet and stock at low speed and load. It sounded really bad(IMO) under hard load. Resonance at 3000rpm also. Typical buzzy raspy S54.
This just sounds like stock but good to me. Less rasp, more refined, tone/volume is pretty close. Other mods are Karb race box and megan headers. The airbox dominates sound from the divers seat but reflection off buildings, curbs, and underpasses sounds great.
The butt dyno says it makes a little more top end power but butt dynos are pretty unreliable. I used 2.25in piping and 400 cell cats. The manzo stuff was 2.5in.
