    Yep, it is!

I was thinking M5board, but I don't particularly feel the need to list it at all if he's interested.

    Besides the 6mt...

    The bad:
    ~124,000 miles

    The good:
    clean title
    Dinan differential (3.91 IIRC)
    Evolve headers
    KWV3 suspension
    Dinan muffler
    always garaged

Upkeep. Lots done at 110,000 mile:
    rod bearings (new OE)
    main bearings (new OE)
Updated oil squirters from the V3 S85
    rear main seal
    clutch/pressure plate/throw out bearing/pilot bearing
    flywheel
    CSB/Guibo
    Spark plugs
    coils
    fuel injectors
    all the top end gaskets
    Throttle actuators
    water pump
    thermostat
    pre cat 02s
    engine mounts
    trans mounts
    belts/tensioners/idlers
    vanos line
    throttle actuators
    Pre cat 02s

    The indifferent:
Black on Black with alu trim

The evolve long tube headers (made by supersprint) that I have installed are already pretty absurd looking/sounding/power gaining.

        1) new/updated/lighter/not crumbled under back seat sound deadening pad
        2) Bry5on's additional exhaust mount point
        3) Higher flow injectors (Bosch 0280156063), with new OE BMW injector o-rings and vacuum rail o-rings.
        4) one step colder plugs (Denso ixu27)
        5) creating a little spacer to allow my OEM (Die Wethje) CSL airbox from before CSL's existed to use the factory CSL air filter (my filter is slightly larger in one corner, so it doesn't get a good seal as is with a factory filter)
        6) replacing two of the power steering lines that are slightly weeping
        7) installing a wideband so I can use the forum partial throttle auto tuner
        8) moving to an HTE tune, to update for my new injectors and colder plugs, as well as tuning the WOT with the wideband/data logger.

All my recent car projects have been e60 and e82. The e46 is so nice and easy in comparison. Really missed it.
Saw this in another thread when checking head studs vs. bolts and was wondering if your S54 had a head gasket failure:

I’ve replaced my head bolts one time in almost 20 years of e46 M3 ownership. It’s unlikely I’ll live long enough to have the reusable arp head bolts be cheaper, at 4X the cost.

… but did it such that it will not be visible when the airbox is installed in the car.

I pretty much have an f1, now.
