              I am curious with these carbon roof installs, do you have to deal with leaks or noises? How do you ensure it's sealed properly?

                Check out my DIY thread. I shined a light around the perimeter from the outside and made sure no light was coming thru on the inside. No leaks and no noises. You just have to take your time and do it right the first time.

                  If anything (and if done correctly per SQ13 ) it is quieter without a 2x3' hole on the roof!

                    Thank you! Expect a text from me later this week. Would love to to clarify some things before superglueing this thing on. I also just added you on IG. I've been posting some clips to stories of all the "fun".

                    bhenderson def check out SQ's DIY. Not sure I would've tackled this myself without it. The idea is that the roof perimeter is sealed to water by panel bond. Then vibrations are handled just like the factory does by using windshield adhesive or similar between the roof bows and cf panel.
