Finally done after 2 days. Oil diverter valve, motul 300v 20w60, powered steering pump, reservoir, and all lines changed. Karbonius fenders fitted and stripped for ppf. Some holes needed massaged and one tab on either side of the car needed flexed to make them fit properly. Final adjustments will be made after ppf. I'm not pushing the grills or the trim in without taking the fenders off just to be safe. Karbonius trunk also got fitted but needs some work to make the lights fit. Mechanical fan got removed and we didn't have time to fit the spal fan. Next up is ppf

I got the large one from Petrol Vibes. It’s kind of hard to tell the size because of the carpet picture. It’s 3 feet wide. I can’t even remember what I ordered but it looks like they have more options now in terms of detail. You could probably get a cool CSL rear shot.

It is HOT in the Mojave. Spent all day putting my car back together, and only needed two parts store runs for paint and a hose clamp.


After gluing a couple weeks ago, I hit the Vince Skinz with 3M seam sealer all around before last weekend. The heat here makes that epoxy cure significantly quicker than when I did the Bar in the winter. Today I primed all the bare metal (2k epoxy) then finished with black 1k enamel. Black wasn’t my first pick but it was available.


This is embarrassing, but I have no idea where this 4-wire connector goes. It comes out of the trunk with the ride height sensor harness (already got that plugged in). It has about 2 feet of wire to get it where it needs to go, but I just don’t know where that is. Any help on this would be much appreciated since my Google-fu is lacking.
