Brilliant. Love that idea. This trunk just looks so dang good. Is this a OEM or SGT? You might've said... I'll scroll back up.

    EDIT: You did say. OE.

Yes, it is indeed an OE. Not worth messing with the SGT in my opinion, the quality is hit or miss from what I've seen.

Been mostly a lurker but figured it was time to post more.

Yesterday: new plugs and throttle position sensor.
Today: New belts, tensioner pulley, and new thermostat

Got a stage 2 paint correction done. Need to wheels now instead of mine which are rashed.

Emergency brake rebuild including cables. My e-brake has always been terrible. Problem resolved.

I need to do this. Curious, what does this cost for your area? Do you know how long they spent on it?

Finally got my new wheels and tires installed. After a head gasket replacement, Vanos bulletproofing, rod bearings, TCK DA suspension, and now Arc-8’s, it’s finally finished. Now it’s time to relax and enjoy it.

Relocated SMG Pump to empty bay on passenger side. Relatively easy to do on a RHD (no electrical harness extension required) - apart from making up the bracket.

Nice. I'm thinking about doing this too. What aftermarket mirrors did you grab the motors from?

I got them from Umnitza.com (US)

Description: BMW European Auto-Fold Mirrors (Multiple Models) - E46 Coupe (All) Including Convertible

                              SKU: bmmirmm3

Had to reverse blue/white wires on one side to get them in sync, but otherwise a relatively easy DIY once you figure out how to get the mirror glass and the electrical harness plug out.
