In the video it looks like their strut bar doesn't clear either and they had to use washers. But I worry that the washers would sacrifice the structural integrity of the bar.. am I overthinking that?
The box rubbing on the cabin air filter housing is a much bigger concern, though. Left a pretty nasty blemish on mine, and I'm convinced that it would wear through the CF if I left it :/
ATB88 Assuming the horseshoe bracket is seated all the way ( I had to push down on the box from the inside and screw down at the same time ), are your rubber seals around the dme properly seated?

Yup, pretty sure they are, but I'm going to go through thoroughly and check everything and take photos before going to Turner with a big 'ol "hey, wtf >:["
Assuming my install is proper, either: 1. everyone will experience these fitment issues (which, for the strut brace, seems possibly true so far as evidenced by the fatboys video) and haven't noticed because they haven't taken off the cabin filter after install yet, 2. my box is somehow out of spec, or, 3. I've somehow got some weird twisty frame damage that I haven't been aware of until now?
I thought I had the strut brace issue as well but after securing the bottom bracket while pushing down on the box, i have enough clearance (4mm) for the brace. In any case, i'll take mine apart as well.

After your post, I searched for photos of the Evolve box, and even theirs seem to be a very tight fit, I wonder how the CSL design overcame that clearance, or does it have a different strut bar? I have Z4M, with the Karbonius box and I have plenty of clearance but is a different chassis.

The other option is to slightly bend the horseshoe bracket down, it is in cantilever and held by just one 13mm bolt, and the grommets to fasten the box to it would absorb some minor variation. I would try this rather than spacing the strut brace.
To those that were able to return their damaged item, how were you able to get the order number? Mine shipped with no invoice and was on the phone with their customer service for an hour. Thanks in advance.
