Have some miles on this now, so feeling confident enough to share. Attached is a 1:1 recreation of the firewall plug (64318362894).


You'll likely need to split it up into a couple pieces to print out on a standard-sized desktop printer. You will also have to cut out the white clip from your stock piece and glue it into the printed one, like so:

I printed mine out of PET-CF with 10% cubic infill and 3 wall loops. Has been holding up fine so far. You want to make sure the infill does not have a continuous volume, for thermal isolation.
Final weight will depend on material and print parameters, but it should land around 300-400g. Stock is 1618g, so ~1268g (2.8 lbs) weight savings with no downsides.
Bonus with this part is that you'll get more intake noise inside the cabin!
