Have some miles on this now, so feeling confident enough to share. Attached is a 1:1 recreation of the firewall plug (64318362894).

You'll likely need to split it up into a couple pieces to print out on a standard-sized desktop printer. You will also have to cut out the white clip from your stock piece and glue it into the printed one, like so:

I printed mine out of PET-CF with 10% cubic infill and 3 wall loops. Has been holding up fine so far. You want to make sure the infill does not have a continuous volume, for thermal isolation.

Final weight will depend on material and print parameters, but it should land around 300-400g. Stock is 1618g, so ~1268g (2.8 lbs) weight savings with no downsides.

Bonus with this part is that you'll get more intake noise inside the cabin!

Designed these repair tabs to fix the corner light attachment points. I was able to salvage my Bosch corners and ditch of the ebay/china cheapos that I had been using. The ""broken" version is for missing tabs and the "cracked" version is for...well...cracked tabs. The files contain both L/R parts. You will need ot epoxy these to the original remaining tabs. If you need a set but don't have a printer, let me know and I can hook you up for a reasonable price.

Anyone happen to have an STL for the little cone cover for the rear vent window arm? Not a hard thing to model up but just figured to see if anyone had one on deck

Print in the following orientations and with 100% infill for max strength. Shouldn't need supports if you print with a small layer height (I used 0.08mm):

I chose ABS-GF for this application, but pretty much any material should work. This part sees very small loads.

To install, you need to trim the remaining plastic, mark out the location of the notches, then cut those bits away:

Works perfectly fine assembled dry thanks to the locking clips, but I assembled with a bit of epoxy for some extra durability.

Nice, let me know how it fits! The only testing I did was on my own broken C pillar cover.
