So my 2004 red convertible of 12 years and 173K miles was totaled in September by a motorcycle. I picked up a 2006 Carbon Black convertible with 119K miles. Here are some items I have done over the last month to freshen it up and bring it up on maintenance.

Well, I did this last week, but forgot to post. Finally my last interior piece for the time being, refinished by none other than Alex...100% satisfied as usual.

Are you going to do rear seat and door inserts too?

I wasn't planning to. I think that would be a bit much. I liked having fabric seats and I wanted to break up the all black interior after I swapped in the black trim. I also like the flexibility to change the inserts again down the road if I wanted. I might pick up a spare dash trim set and cover it in houndstooth for fun.
